Set in Victorian Britain, 'Cogheart' follows the adventures of Lily, Robert and the mechanical fox Malkin. Silver-haired men are after them and Lily's father has gone missing. There are secrets and twists at every turn. 'Cogheart' is a fabulous, exciting adventure with lovable characters that aren't easily forgotten.
I loved this book so much. It was a lot of fun and an unusual setting. As Peter Bunzl has been an animator too, it would be wonderful to see this as a stop-motion film. Who knows?
I'm hoping my daughter will one day read this as her name is also Lily and her favourite teddy is a fox called... Malkin!
